IT Service on Demand. We come to help when you call us. Upon request our Engineer will be dispatched, when available.
We take care your IT System, by Monitoring the System and acting when needed.
Also needed Tasks like frequent Backup, Security Patched and updates, Version Control and much more can be included and agreed in the proactive Service.
We keep your IT System running stable and secured.
IBB function as your IT Department in China and will take care all related Tasks and Jobs.
When agreed on System Maintenance only, we will check your Systems in agreed frequent periods and take care System updates, security patches, Version Control etc.
End User Support, usually included into reactive, proactive or outsourcing Service is the Support for your End User Equipment.
Managed Services are Solution and Products offered as SaaS (Software as a Service / Service as a Service).
System Monitoring
We are using IT Monitoring Systems like Zabbix detect Problems or potential System failure, before they can harm your System or disturb your Business.
Remote Support
With anyDesk we are able to remote Support all your Devices, where aver you need us.
Service Tickets
To Track our Services we are using a Ticketing System, where each Service case will be registered and progress recorded.
Those Tickets are shared in an interactive way with our Customer
